Only one contact person and one organization email are allowed per organization; non-compliance may invalidate referrals associated with excess entries.
The designated contact person must have a verified ShopeePay account and active Shopee username for verification. To confirm ShopeePay, open the ShopeePay section of the app, tap Me, and submit a screenshot of that screen.

Official Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period and Eligibility

Campaign Period: August 3, 2026 (12:00 AM) to October 3, 2026 (11:59 PM). Note: Pre-registration submissions from July 27, 2026 will be processed, but validation and referral tracking officially commence on August 3, 2026.
Eligibility: Open to legitimate, school-recognized student organizations in the Philippines.
Requirements: Participating organizations must register via the official website, use one (1) official organization email address, and designate one (1) official Organization Contact Person who maintains an active Shopee account and a fully verified ShopeePay account.
Exclusions: Student organizations whose current officers, executive committee members, or official representatives are employees, interns, or contractors of Shopee Philippines, its affiliate companies, or its advertising agencies, including their immediate family members, are disqualified from participating.

2. Campaign Mechanics and Validation

Step 1: Register: Submit complete organization details and contact person info via the official landing page.
Step 2: Verify: Await administrative approval. Organizations with a Pending or Rejected status will not accumulate Qualified Referrals.
Step 3: Promote: Use the assigned unique referral code and official marketing kits to promote the Shopee After Class Club.
Qualified Referral: Refers strictly to a successful Shopee After Class Club registration that passes validation and campaign compliance checks.

3. Rewards Structure

Organizations must reach a minimum of fifty (50) Qualified Referrals to unlock milestones:

4. Reward Fulfillment

ShopeePay Credits: Referral rewards will be processed monthly. Disbursal to the registered Contact Person's verified ShopeePay account will be completed within thirty (30) calendar days following the end of each monthly validation cycle, subject to ShopeePay's standard limits and terms.
Physical Rewards and Networking: Merchandise kits and the Grand Champion networking session schedules will be coordinated directly with winning organizations. Fulfillment may take up to sixty (60) calendar days following the final campaign audit.

5. Disqualification and Audit

Shopee reserves the right to audit records and disqualify any organization found engaging in fraud, duplicate registrations, click-farming, or referral manipulation. Disqualified parties forfeit all accumulated rewards. Shopee's determination regarding referral validity and campaign compliance shall be final.
Account security and login credentials are the sole operational responsibility of the designated Organization Contact Person.

6. Data Privacy and Legal

Data Privacy: Personal data collected will be processed strictly for campaign administration and reward fulfillment in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and Shopee's Privacy Policy.
Amendments: Shopee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, with prior approval of the DTI-FTEB where applicable.

7. Organizer's Decision

Shopee reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine participant eligibility, referral validity, milestone qualification, and the final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by Shopee shall be final and binding.
